Return & Exchange Policy

You have the right to return or exchange unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted for custom or made-to-order products unless the item is defective.

If you wish to return a product:

The item must be unused and in original condition

You are responsible for all return shipping costs

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used in the order.
We do not issue refunds via bank transfer or alternative methods.
